We accept both appointments and walk-ins for your convenience.

To apply for an apartment, simply fill out the application located outside the office door and return it to the office.

Application approval time varies depending on the length of our waitlist.

We offer a 12-month lease term.

You can pay your rent by check or money order.

Flex allows you to schedule your monthly payment into two smaller payments, giving you greater financial flexibility. Full monthly rent payments are provided to the property by Flex on the 1st. Sign up is available directly in your RentCafe resident portal and is reviewed for approval by Flex. Flex charges a monthly membership fee based on the amount of the credit line that is approved. The monthly membership fee is up to $14.99. A bill payment fee of 1% of your total rent is also charged, additional card processing fees apply when using a credit card.
 

While renter's insurance is not required, we highly recommend it for your protection. If you choose not to purchase your own, we offer Liability coverage for a small monthly fee.

Your rent includes gas, water, and sewer.

To set up your utilities, please contact the local electric company.

You can choose between GCI or Alaska Communications for internet and cable services.

Yes, off-street parking is available.

We offer on-site coin-operated laundry facilities.

Pet Policy

Our community is pet-friendly, allowing one pet under 10 lbs.

We are located in the Soldotna School District.

The nearest grocery store is Safeway, located just 1 mile away.

Maintenance

Yes, we offer on-site maintenance.

For maintenance issues, please submit a maintenance request or contact the emergency on-call number.

No, you do not need to be present for a service technician to complete the work.
